Versatile finance and data professional with a background in Business Administration and applied experience in data science, accounting, and financial analysis. I understand how numbers drive decisions across systems, supported by strong academic training in both finance and data.

My education includes advanced coursework in business finance, corporate reporting, and accounting systems, as well as practical training in data analysis, machine learning, NLP, and real-world project development.

I focus on solving real-world problems using data by asking sharp questions, cleaning messy inputs, and translating insights into clear, useful outputs. My work emphasizes clarity, accuracy, and practical results.

Work History

I bring cross-functional experience in data science and finance, with a track record of delivering practical solutions across tech and accounting roles. At Nitram Dataworks, I built and deployed AI-driven tools such a banking assistant, legal chatbot, and multiple recommendation systems, while leading data projects with real-world impact, like forecasting conflict zones for investor risk planning.

Before transitioning into tech, I worked as an accountant and finance intern, where I handled full-cycle bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and process automation. My background gives me a unique edge, I understand both the numbers and the systems behind them.

Projects

I have worked on diverse, end-to-end data projects that combine machine learning, NLP, and statistical analysis to solve real problems. These include a conflict risk prediction app that maps high-risk zones in Africa using XGBoost and geospatial tools, a customer segmentation model with A/B testing to guide business decisions, and a recipe recommender that uses NLP to suggest meals based on available ingredients.

I also built an NLP-based legal Q&A chatbot and a financial assistant powered by large language models for document parsing and FAQ handling and i have hand on experience in many machine learning projects. You can explore these projects in the Projects Page or directly on my GitHub.
